I had a very disappointing experience at Ezdan Hotel Doha. First impressions matter, and I was already frustrated upon arrival when the taxi driver couldn’t identify my hotel tower. The room was poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues apparent throughout my stay. Service was uneven, with delays and unprofessional behavior from staff, though I did receive an apology from the duty manager towards the end. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
